How to Do Diwali Poojan at Home and Office: –

- Mahalaxmi, Ganpati, and Saraswati Photo or Frame
- Ashtadeep or Saamayi
- 5 Fruits
- Sugarcane
- Rice Grain
- Sweets to offer Bhog
- Puja Thali
- Flowers
- Garland
- Supari
- Badam
- Coconut
- Pen and Copy
- Lotus Flowers
- Red cloth
- Kalash and Aam ke Patte
- Haldi Kumkum
- Silver/Gold utensils (If have, else not necessary)
- Some Currency notes and coins

Step by step Simple Lakshmi Poojan Vidhi at Home and Office:
- Spread the red cloth where you wish to do Poojan at home or Office. Spread some rice on the Red cloth and place the Goddess Statue or Frame over it. Avoid God placement in the south direction of your home, rest all directions are good. As per the Hindu religion, Purva or East direction is the best for any kind of Pooja.
- If you have Diwali photos of Goddess Lakshmi, Saraswati, and Ganpati, then stick in on the wall and spread the cloth below it. Keep Silver/Gold utensils, notes, coins, pen, and copy on the red cloth in a decorative manner. Light an Ashtadeep Diya.
- Prepare a Pooja thali with Haldi, kumkum, Kapoor, Diya, Flowers, etc. Do keep extra ghee with you, in case the deep fuel exhausted during Aarti.
- Place fruits, sweets, Coconut, and Bhog items near to the red cloth. Offer Naivaidya spreading some rotating some water to the Bhog for three times. Keep the Kalash fill with water and decorated with Mango tree leaves on the left side of the Statue or Photo.
- Once everything is set, put Haldi Kumkum to each and every object including the Goddess frame, statue or photo. Offer Garland and flowers to the Goddess. Recite Lakshmi Suktam mantras before doing Aarti. Also, make sure to light Diwali Diyas on the terrace, in the Gallery and other places before the Aarti.
- Once the Lakshmi Suktam path over, start the Aarti. Start with Lord Ganesha Aarti, followed by Mahalakshmi Mata aarti, Durga Aarti and then light Karpur and chant Karpur Aarti to conclude it.
- Once the Aarti is done, offer it to God and family members. Do Mantrapushpanjali pooja and offer flowers to God.
- After the Pooja, Family members will do Namaskar to the Goddess. Youngers will take blessings of Elder persons at home.
- Now, your Lakshmi Pooja is completed. Start the festival celebration.
