Make arrangement for proper sunlight and fresh air inside the home
Compared to our previous generation, we are prone to stress and anxiety than them. It is because, we are limiting our homes keeping the sun light and fresh air away. From threats of rats, lizards to enter our home, we keep our windows and doors packed through out the day.
Instead we should make arrangements such that our home gets good sunlight during morning time and fresh air inside. The sun light is a good source of Vitamin D that charges up our home environment. It elevates our mood.
Having a walk outdoor in the fresh air lift our mood. It is because we get fresh air to breathe. Similarly, keeping windows open at homes would bring fresh air inside and help you get fresh air and keeps suffocation away.
Plants and flowers
The color of the nature is green. The nature is incomplete without trees. Due to increased population, people are opting for flats. Thus, keeping themselves away from green family. Plants are the natural sources of oxygen on the earth. Having plants or flower pots near by home purifies the air quality. Also, their presence makes you feel refreshed.
Oil Diffuser
Oil diffusors are known known for lifting mood, ease stress, healing depression and boosts concentration. You can use numerous essential oils such as lavender, sandal, rose, Bergamont, or sweet orange to deal with negative energy and welcome positivity to your home.
Declutter space
What will you like, a room with dozens of item kept unsystematically or a room with systematic arrangement with limited items? Definitely, your answer will be second. Having many items in a room that too in aN unstructured manner looks like a big load and fuzzy. This could attract negative energy as it will feel you lazy and tired always.
Instead, we should keep stuff structured and get rid of unwanted items. Either sell them or dispose them. This way you will get good space area. Also, the scene of an organised room feels happy and positive.
Lighting
Sunlight is the natural source of light. But, during evening and night time, we use LEDs, bulbs etc for a good vision inside home to deal with darkness. Here, we should make a good decision during light source selection. The bulbs or LEDs we using should offer enough light as required. A high source of light (Watt) or a low source both could damage the positivity. Based on the room size, you should make a wise selection for a light.
Paint your home
To keep home full of positive vibes, we should paint our home at least every two years. Painting the walls and roof help clear the dirt and kills the bacterias that could cause infections and viral to us. The soothing smell of the paint feels refreshed and relaxed.
