Virat Kohli or can say Viral Kohli has shown his class in this season. The RCB skipper hits 4 centuries in this season. His team will play few more matches in the season. We can even see the 5th ton from his bat.
Chris Gayle was the first player who made two tons in IPL 4.
Raina missed his first IPL match
Suresh Raina had never missed a single match in the last 8 seasons. The GL skipper missed a match against RCB on 14th May 2016. It was the first time, he missed an IPL match in the history. The player was available in all the previous matches for Chennai and GL. He went to Holland on 10th May to meet his pregnant wife.

Virat Kohli has destroyed so many records in the 9th season. The Indian test skipper made 973 runs from 16 matches. The previous best of 733 runs was shared by Michael Hussey and Chris Gayle. He might touch the milestone of 1000 runs in the knockout stage.

Gautam Gambhir climbs to the peak by leaving Mahela Jayawardhane to the second position. He faced 22 runouts in his career. Mahela Jayawardhane faced 20 run-out dismissals in T20.
Most number of centuries by a captain
Virat Kohli has made total 4 centuries in IPL as a captain. Now, he holds the record of must number of centuries in IPL by a captain too. Adam Gilchrist had made 2 tons as a captain before.
